Propilot ("the Service") is an AI-powered property buying assistant operated by Avensi Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides tools for property research, inspection planning, and decision support for residential property buyers in Australia.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice. All AI-generated analysis, property valuations, price signals, comparisons, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any property purchase decision.
Estimated property values are derived from publicly available data and algorithmic models. They may not reflect actual market conditions, recent sales, or property-specific factors that a professional valuer would consider.
We strongly recommend that you seek independent professional advice from qualified professionals including but not limited to: a licensed buyer's agent, conveyancing solicitor, building and pest inspector, financial advisor, and/or mortgage broker before making any property purchase decision.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Property data is sourced from third-party providers and public records. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any property data displayed in the Service. Property details including but not limited to prices, sizes, features, and inspection times may be outdated or incorrect.
AI analysis and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. AI-generated content should be treated as one input among many in your decision-making process, not as authoritative advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from property purchase decisions made in connection with information provided by the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
